Gratitude is like the secret sauce that adds flavor to both our lives and spirituality. In the game of life, gratitude is the cheat code to contentment and joy. A little gratitude goes a long way in fostering appreciation and connection with others. By recognizing and expressing gratitude, we not only deepen our spiritual practice but also nurture a more open and compassionate heart. Take a moment to savor the little things, like that first sip of your morning cup of coffee or a random smile from a stranger that momentarily brightens your day. Keep a gratitude journal to track all the things you're thankful for, whether it's the sunshine on a rainy day or that extra slice of pizza you snagged at lunch. And don't forget to actually say thank you to people such as a quick note, a small gesture, or just a simple thank you goes a long way. Remember, gratitude is like a muscle, the more you flex it, the stronger it gets.

QUESTIONS: What blessings do you have to count in this crazy game of life right now? In what ways can you show gratitude towards others? How do you keep your gratitude game strong during the good, the bad, and the ugly?
