There are more ways to meditate than there are flavours at an ice cream parlour. Here's the deal: if you're looking to zen out, you've got a few options on the table.

1. Mindfulness meditation. Simply concentrate on your breath or a shiny object and let yourself merge with the universe.

2. Loving-kindness meditation. Spread those good vibes like confetti, showering yourself and others with love and positivity.

3. Feeling restless? Take a stroll with walking meditation, paying attention to each step like it's the most important thing you've ever done. If walking is not your thing, try yoga, qi gong or tai chi.

The end goal of meditation is to quiet the chatter in your mind, chill out, and gain some serious insight into the mysteries of the cosmos. So, pick a method that sparks joy in your soul and helps you get to know yourself and the world a little better. It's like a choose-your-own-adventure book.

QUESTIONS: What rollercoaster of feelings do you ride while meditating? Are pesky thoughts and distractions constantly knocking on the door of your brain, looking to crash the party? Can meditation really bring more clarity to your daily grind?
